  • about the Lord who rules and rescues  v4,5

  • about your resolve  v6

  • about where deliverance comes from  v8

  • about your God-centred story

Speak to others  - about your own story   

Speak with others – with the psalms and about many stories    

Remember who God is – and write it down  v3,4b,5,7,8

Leave vengeance with God - remember that evildoers will perish v7b

See and remember God’s hand in your past and future rescue  v8a

Move out beyond yourself to love others  v8b
